The
Salisbury East Junior Soccer Club is a not for profit organisation
with approx. 80 players in the Elizabeth
& Districts Junior Soccer Association. SEJSC does not have the high profile of other clubs but is just as committed in ensuring that
each and every player has the opportunity to compete in a friendly and
safe environment regardless of their ability.
The Salisbury East Junior Soccer
Club was formed during the E&DJSA off-season of 1968/1969 by a
small group of enthusiasts. In it’s first year (1969) SEJSC
fielded 4 teams with their home ground at the Manor Farm Oval,
Northbri Avenue. By 1972 SEJSC had established its permanent home
base at Davey Oval, Gloucester Ave. SEJSC was incorporated
in 1975.
Our traditional colours
are Dark Green and White
with the strips in the early 1970's being imported from England.
The original playing shorts were white.
Over the years various shades of green have been used but in 2009
the clubs strip returned to a version very close to its original
uniform. The current uniform is dark green shorts, dark green socks and
dark green and white strip.
